All of our hot tub hire bookings, are handled online. Once you have selected the dates that you wish to hire the hot tub for, you will then have the chance to secure the booking straight away (if it's available). Once a selection is made, you will be prompted to begin a safe and secure payment which will be used as a small deposit, the amount we request on booking is £20.00.
This payment is contributed to your total booking costs and will be deducted when the remaining payment is taken (usually on day on delivery).

Plans changed? Something popped up? Ensure that your booking is cancelled at least 14 days before your chosen delivery date and we can use your deposit to re-book in another service with us.
Although we must let you know that if there's continued cancellations after multiple bookings, or if it's too close to your scheduled delivery date, you will lose your £20.00 deposit as an admin fee.

Throughout the services we provide, almost every part of the delivery and collection is hands-free for you. We will do the full delivery, set-up and show you how to use our hire equipment.
