Hot Tub Hire

How is the hot tub filled?

The customer is responsible for the filling & emptying of the hot tub.

All that you need is a hose pipe, most of the time it doesn't require an outdoor tap but it greatly helps! 
You can purchase an adapter for your kitchen tap and fill from there. Our team also offer a draining service for the end of your hire, we will empty the water out of the hot tub with our submersible pump which saves you draining the hot tub - this costs £10 and we can do this for you on collection to save you hassle of draining the tub yourself.

What is the temperature of the hot tub?

The hot tubs heat up to 40 degrees – they can be made cooler if desired.

Do you supply all chemicals & filters to keep the hot tub clean for the duration of my hire?

Yes we do! We take care of everything from start to finish

How long does it take for you to set up & install the hot tub?

It takes around 30mins to setup and from 1 to 3 hours to fill the hot tub with water, depending on your water pressure.

Is the hot tub safe for children?

Yes as long as supervised by an adult at all times. We recommend children that can not swim/ touch the floor of the hot tub wear arm bands / swimming float.

What do you need from me to set up the hot tub?

Level surface 2.5m  x 2.5m meters and an access to electric. (We Supply Extension leads)

When will you deliver the hot tub?

We will deliver the hot tub on the Thursday or Monday you select. We will contact you to arrange a time, for delivery, in the days leading up to your hire.

How long does the hot tub stay warm for?

The hot tub will stay comfortably warm for up to 3-4 hours if being used, dependent on outside temperature. The heater will run continuously to maintain the temperature for as long as possible, however heat loss will be more than it is heated whilst in use.

Can the inflatable hot tub fit through a narrow passage?

As the hot tubs are inflatable there will be no problem setting up anywhere you want. We will inflate the hot tub once you are happy with where you want to put it, we can even carry everything through your house if needed.

How long can I book for?

You can book for as long as you want, so long as delivery and collection is on a Thursday or Monday.

What happens to the water after I hire?

The night before your hire period ends, if you lift the plug in the inside of the hot tub and the water will slowly trickle out, alternatively we offer an emptying service which is an extra £10 on top of your booking. We have a submersible pump which goes in the hot tub and we can empty it into the nearest drain. (Please request this before we pick up)

How much does the hot tub cost to fill up and run on electricity?

We’ve calculated on average it will cost just over £3 of water on the metre, and £2 on your electricity bill for every 24 hours of running time.

I’ve changed my mind about hiring the hot tub, can I cancel?

We understand that sometimes plans change, or unforeseen circumstances arise, therefore if you wish to cancel 2 weeks before your booking date you will receive a full refund of your hot tub hire deposit. If you cancel after this time the deposit is non refundable.

Is there a damage deposit?

We do not take a damage deposit on delivery, however by agreeing to our terms and conditions and booking with you, if the hot tub or equipment are damaged in any way you will be liable for the costs of repair up to £500.

How do I pay?

All bookings are completed through our online booking system. It’s really simple – you select the days you wish to rent the tub, enter your details and secure the booking with a deposit of only £20. The remaining balance is to be paid cash or bank transfer on delivery.

What happens if it rains?

There is nothing better than being sat in a steamy hot tub with the rain coming down. All equipment is water proof so the rain will not effect any of the equipment.

What chemicals are used in the hot tub?

Chlorine is used to keep the water clean and healthy. Full training will be provided, with demonstrations, on how to maintain your hot tub throughout the time it is with you.

Are your hot tubs cleaned regularly?

All of our hot tubs are cleaned & disinfected thoroughly in between customers, please be assured our cleanliness & hygiene is at the highest level.

Solid Hot Tub Hire

What access do you need to deliver the solid hot tub ?

We need 185cm tall by 80cm wide, we roll the hot tub into place and it is very important that we have access. We can not lift the hot tub at all as it weighs 180kg

Do you supply all chemicals & filters to keep the hot tub clean for the duration of my hire?

Yes we do! We take care of everything from start to finish

Where can the solid hot tub be placed?

The Rotospa Orbis can be placed on any surface whether it’s Grass, Patio, Decking or on stones. We lay down foam flooring for the hot tub to sit on and protect it. The only thing you need is a level surface.

How long does the Solid hot tub take to heat up?

The Rotospa Orbis takes 12 - 24 hours to heat cold water to a warm bubbly 40 degrees.

How much does the solid hot tub cost to run?

Good news! The Rotospa Orbis costs 60% less to run than inflatable hot tubs. Averaging at £1 a day.

What is the minimum hire period?

Tthe minimum hire period for the Rotospa Orbis is 1 Week.

Would you do a deal if I wanted the solid hot tub for more than 1 week or maybe a month?

Yes! Please give us a call before booking.

Would you deliver to caravan sites?

Yes we would, any long term hire (4 weeks or more) we would deliver most places in the UK. Please contact us to arrange.

Bouncy Castle Hire

How much space do I need to hire a bouncy castle?

All of our bouncy castle sizes are Available on our booking page, if you are unsure if it will fit please measure your space to be certain the bouncy castle will fit.

Are your Bouncy Castles and Inflatable's suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?

Yes all our inflatables are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, some of our bouncy castles even come with shower covers to protect you from the elements.

I have a really long garden, but the power is at my house, do you bring extra extension leads?

We always carry extra extension leads on our van, but it's always best to add in the notes when booking (long garden extra leads needed).

Will the bouncy castle damage my grass?

We use ground sheets on all Bouncy Castles, So all it will do is flatten your grass for a few days, and the holes for anchor pegs should disappear in no time.

Can I move or relocate my bouncy castle?

Strictly No. Do not ever re-position the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable.

Are your bouncy castles safety tested?

Yes all our bouncy castles and inflatables are tested every 12 months by a competent person, and weekly inspected before each hire, to make sure they are always safe to use.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We have £5 Million Pound Public and Product Liability Insurance which covers accidents and injuries caused by equipment failure and improper installation. You the hirer are responsible for ensuring proper adult supervision of the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable, and the safety of the children using the equipment.

We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those directly caused by faults in our equipment or improper installation.

What time is the bouncy castle delivered & picked up?

We guarantee a minimum hire of 6 hours, with delivery guaranteed before 11am & pick up after 5pm. You will receive a text in the days leading up to your hire to confirm exact times of delivery & pick up.
